主要特征
1、擴漲機采用整體式框架結構，設備整體剛性強，利于確保加工精度。
The hydraulic expanding machine comes with an integral frame structure that guarantees a high strength and machining accuracy.
2、采用雙動力主動擴漲方式，輪輞兩邊可以分別擴漲，分別調整，使用方便。
The expander uses a dual power expanding method, allowing both edges of the rim to be expanded and adjusted.
3、主滑塊采用直線導軌運動，精度高，運行穩定。
The main sliding block moves on a linear guide, which ensures the high precision and stable movement.
4、模具固定在主滑塊上，有效防止模具下沉，杜絕因模具下沉導致的工件精度超標現象。
A mold is fixed on the main sliding block, which can effectively prevent it from going down, which avoids non-standard work pieces.
5、模具采用易拆卸設計，更換模具時可整體吊出，方便操作，節省時間。
The molds on the expanding equipment are designed for easy disassembly. When changing the molds, they can be lifted out integrally, which saves time.
6、擴漲模具采用12瓣棱錐設計，斜面導向，使用壽命長、運行精度高。
The expanding mold is made up of 12 pyramids with a bevel guiding, enabling a long service life and a high running precision.
7、液壓驅動，零污染，零排放，工作穩定。
The expanding machine is driven by a hydraulic system, allowing it a stable performance.
8、全自動生產線可選配自動上卸料機構。
An automatic load and unload system is optional.
